Gerry is predeceased by her son Tyler and her husband Gord Gowenlock.
She is remembered by her son Todd (Terri), daughter Kelly (Neil), grandchildren; Candace (Justin), Kaitlyn and Brayden, and great granddaughter Autumn.
Gerry enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and her great granddaughter Autumn.
She loved her travel adventures with Gord. She loved her faith, her community involvement and volunteer work and other hobbies.
She spent a lot of time out in the community with her Red Hat Friends (Group). Gerry had a loving, nurturing and kind personality. She was humorous, generous and dedicated to the people she loved.
Gerry Gowenlock passed away peacefully on January 29, 2026, surrounded by her loving family at Trillium Lodge in Parksville.
Both Gerry and her late husband, Gordon, were long-time and faithful members of Knox.
She will be deeply missed by her son Todd and daughter Kelly and their families. Please keep them all in your prayers as they grieve the passing of a beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
