20th Annual Knox Perfect Gift Christmas Craft Fair
Saturday November 8th 2025 from 9:30am - 3:30pm
Information about the event and requests for registration should be directed to
craftfair@kucparksville.ca NOT the church office or staff members.
Registration forms will be sent out on July 7th by 1pm to individuals who have contacted the coordinator at craftfair@kucparksville.ca for information.
Registration Dates: Tuesday July 8th and Wednesday July 9th from 9:00am - 2:00pm at Knox United Church
Registration can be done in person, by mail, dropped in the secure mailbox located to the right of the church front doors or email.
Table Cost: $50.00 for a 6 foot table or space/ $25.00 for a card table or half space
Payment for tables or spaces will be accepted by cash, cheque, credit card or e-Transfer.
Vendors returning from 2024 must have their completed registration (form and payment) in by 2:00pm July 8th to have their request be considered first and given priority. From then on, everyone will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. This is an extremely popular event but we only have a limited amount of space available for vendors. (63 Indoor and 6 outdoor (10 foot by 10 foot tents required)
Knox United Church is looking for volunteers to help with the 2025 Annual Perfect Gift Christmas Craft Fair.
